My Reflection for Term 2 Week 1

What I did everyday in school this week is running 2 laps on the field in front of our school library,Te Manawa for iActive that haven't been set up.We started our running at Tuesday which is the second day of Term 2 in 2016.Everything didn't change but until Thursday,Mrs Pearson start to time us.I got 3 minutes and 2 second,I improve and connected myself for not stopping by medium jogging.

Why I enjoy so much in running is because it is good for fitness and anyone who dream to be a olympians or athletics.Unfortunately every time when I finished my running I feel that my heart is burning to my throat  which makes it worse.I am running very slow sometime because I will twist my ankle accidentally that I prefer I would run on the courts for 5 laps than running on the field 2 laps.

My very next time when I run I need to run more faster,practice my running on the school courts and try to avoid my heart burning in a way because last time my stomach hurts but now I avoid that situation to happen.

    Great sandwich comment Vrishti- next time try to focus your suggestion on what she is writing not how. Natasha, I wonder if you need more practice running? How do you avoid that from happening? What are your next steps?
