My Reflection for Week 7 term 1

My Reflection:
What? 
 What day I enjoy is Thursday,block 3(iExperience time).What I like doing in that time was teaching  the Learning Habitat 2 and 4 to help them know how to play some games about  Physical Education  (P.E).I'm not working by myself,there are 5 learners from Learning  Habitat 3 also teaching Habitat 2 and 4 playing games from P.E.The habitat 2 and 4 learners split into  6 groups of teaching station so it will be easy for just a person,they all were separated for about 3 or  4 big groups because they were too many for just one whole big 100 or less learner split into 6  groups.

So What?
So what I taught them was cup and sources so is a game that is teaching them connected moving for turning the mini cones.In the first time,I was curiously wondering how to teach them to play that P.E game.So in the first time,I talk very slowly and in a soft way,then in the 2 round I began to talk fast and talk loudly so they can hear clearly.3 weeks had gone,till this Thursday,I could talk faster and loudly but I still can't use proper words so like a interesting word.Every round I saw was 1 or 2 learners not joining their groups because just himself is boy in their team,just herself is girl in their team.So I tried to make it fair that 4 or 5 girl versus 4 or 5 boy.What I get out of it was learning days by day to instructed connective and speaking capably so they know what I'm instructing and talking about and is also me and Learning Habitat 2 or 4 learners can be friends so we make good connections.

Now What?
That really means that what's my next step.My next step is being capable at speaking voices,being good connections to Learning Habitat 2 or 4 so when they have any trouble need Learning Habitat 3 help but they have no relative or known I can help them to solve the problem,when the problem can't be solve then I will find the nearest learning coach for help for information about the problem if the problem can't solve then I will find the bigger learning coaches who can solve those kind of problem,my next step is also instruct the instruction clearly to the younger learner.I would like them improve the games so they can explain the same instruction but by not copy or pasting to someone who asked them how to play the great P.E fun and challenging games.All of them are so nice because when I told them to get in to groups of 2 that means 4 or 5 learner in a group they will just quickly within 20 seconds get into a group but what I need to try to make them improve was try connecting mixing learner for male or female,because when they formed into two groups,there will be just boys versus girls or 1 or 2 girls or boy left with no group because of girls and boy.The second mention about groups was that when I ask do you want girls versus boy or mix versus mix they will answered girls versus boys then form in 2 group.
